Internationally recognized certification

At the end of this training, you will receive a Certificate in Conflict Resolution through Mediation, a certification recognized by the Institute for International Mediation Standardization.

How the mediation training is organized

Our mediation training is based on experiencing its resolution. Clients or a group of clients learn to overcome and transform conflict after living themselves through its successful resolution by the methods of standardized mediation. They then learn how to use the tools of mediation and become themselves transmitters of mediation and conflict resolution.

The training is divided into four modules. It is intended for coaches, consultants, managers and individuals who desire to resolve and manage conflicts on their own.

Our training technique relies on learning by doing which is far more effective than training given out of a personal context. It is the culmination of our exclusive concept of strategic intervention conflict coaching, mediation and training.

TRAINING METHODOLOGY

Our training focuses equally on both theory and practice. Numerous exercises will provide you a lively and realistic training experience.

  • Theory: According to Anthony Robbins and Cloe Madanes. Instruments “Strategic Intervention”.
  • Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) – Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
  • Nonverbal Communication.
  • Active Listening.
  • Reformulation.
  • Mirroring and Focusing.
  • Work on energy and impartiality

Practice

Our practice session cover the skills and competences required for successful mediation. They include:

  • Behavior
  • Analytical negotiation
  • Diplomacy
  • Binding mediation agreements.

MEDIATION TRAINING OBJECTIVE

Today you can choose among many seminars on conflict resolution available. But few of them will enable you to learn the basic tools of mediation. These are the tools that induce a personal transformation through the conflict itself. As the future coach you will be able to better identify opportunities for mediation or  face to face coaching. And you will be able to judge when to refer the client to a professional mediator.  You will learn to apply the conflict resolution tools that will prevent further conflict and will become yourself a transmitter of conflict resolution.
